Digital downloads and paid content
- Digital files are made available after successful checkout and the delivery details are sent to the checkout email.
- Paid content unlocks after payment and the access details are also sent by email.
- Products fulfilled on another site redirect to the seller’s delivery page after checkout.
Bookings
Free bookings confirm immediately. A paid booking holds the selected time while Stripe Checkout is completed, then sends confirmation and management details by email.
If delivery is missing
Check the email address entered at checkout and the spam or promotions folder. If access is still missing, contact the creator or email support@biou.me with the purchase details. Never include a password or card number.
