Refund and Purchase Support Policy

1. Biou Plan Subscriptions

Paid Biou plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel before renewal from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

2. Purchases From Creators

The creator is the seller of products and services offered on their Biou page. Contact the creator first about descriptions, delivery, appointments, cancellations, or refund requests.

• Delivered digital products are generally non-refundable where the law allows.
• Creators may issue full or partial refunds for eligible completed orders.
• Paid booking cancellation does not automatically create a refund.
• Nothing in this Policy removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

3. Technical Delivery Problems

Email support@biou.me if a purchase was not delivered, materially differs from its description, or cannot be accessed because of a technical failure. Include the checkout email, creator’s Biou URL, product or booking name, and purchase date. Never send card details.

4. Refund Processing

Payments and refunds are processed through Stripe. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method; the time before it appears depends on the bank or card issuer.
