Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content

You may not post, sell, link to, or otherwise distribute content that:

• Sexually exploits or endangers minors (zero tolerance — accounts are terminated and, where required, reported to the appropriate authorities).
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery or doxxes another person.
• Promotes, glorifies, or facilitates self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Threatens, harasses, or incites violence against any person or group, including content that targets people based on protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, etc.).
• Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or a designated foreign terrorist organization.
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of others (see DMCA Policy).
• Is defamatory, libelous, or knowingly false.
• Contains malware, spyware, viruses, or any code designed to harm a system or person.
• Is misleading, deceptive, or designed to impersonate another person or brand without permission.

2. Prohibited Products

You may not sell, advertise, or fulfill orders for:

• Illegal goods or services in your jurisdiction or the buyer’s jurisdiction.
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapon parts.
• Controlled substances, recreational drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
• Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized branded goods.
• Sexually explicit content (including pornography, escort services, or adult subscription content).
• Gambling, lotteries, sweepstakes, or fantasy sports without a valid license in the relevant jurisdictions.
• Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick programs, or any product that promises guaranteed financial returns.
• Tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping products, and related accessories.
• Live animals or any product made from endangered species.
• Human remains or body parts.
• Hacking tools, stolen accounts, account-sharing services, or credentials for paid services.
• Cryptocurrency “signal” subscriptions, ICO promotions, or any product offering investment advice without proper licensing.
• Academic-fraud services (essay-mill, exam-taking, fake-credential).
• Any product or service on the restricted-business list of our payment processor (the list is maintained by the processor and updated from time to time).

3. Prohibited Activities

• Spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or affiliate-link spamming.
• Buying, selling, trading, or artificially inflating accounts, followers, clicks, or sales.
• Scraping, indexing, or mirroring the Service or other users’ content beyond what is allowed by our robots policy.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code or secrets from the Service.
• Probing, scanning, or testing the security of the Service without prior written authorization.
• Circumventing any rate limit, paywall, or feature gate.
• Using the Service to send unsolicited marketing without legally required consent (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.).
• Using the Service for any purpose that violates U.S. or EU sanctions or export-control law.

4. Payment Abuse

• Do not use Biou to launder money, evade taxes, or move funds for someone other than yourself or your business.
• Do not knowingly accept payments for products you cannot deliver, do not own, or do not intend to deliver.
• Do not use stolen payment methods, test cards in production, or any synthetic identity to transact.
• Do not solicit or facilitate chargeback fraud or refund abuse.

5. Children and Minors

Biou is not directed to anyone under [MIN_AGE]. Do not create accounts for minors. Do not collect personal information from anyone under [MIN_AGE]. Any content that sexualizes or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or activity that violates this AUP, report it to [SUPPORT_EMAIL]. For copyright infringement, use the DMCA process. For urgent safety issues involving minors or imminent harm, contact local authorities first and notify us.

7. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold payouts pending review, and report illegal activity to authorities. We may take action based on a single severe violation or a pattern of less-severe ones. Decisions about enforcement are at our sole discretion.
