Acceptable Use Policy

1. Harmful or Illegal Content

You may not publish, link to, promote, or sell content that:

• Exploits or endangers minors, contains non-consensual intimate material, or exposes private personal information.
• Threatens violence, promotes terrorism or self-harm, or targets people based on protected characteristics.
• Is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or impersonates another person or brand.
• Contains malware, stolen data, credentials, or code intended to harm or compromise others.

2. Prohibited Products

You may not use Biou to offer:

• Weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, pornography, or illegal services.
• Unlicensed gambling, financial or investment services, deceptive income schemes, or money transmission.
• Stolen accounts, hacking tools, academic-fraud services, or products you do not own or cannot deliver.
• Anything prohibited by law or Stripe’s restricted-business rules.

3. Platform Abuse

• No spam, unsolicited marketing, scraping, fake engagement, or automated account creation.
• No security testing without written permission, reverse engineering, or bypassing limits, paywalls, or feature controls.
• No payment fraud, stolen payment methods, money laundering, tax evasion, refund abuse, or chargeback manipulation.
• No use that violates applicable sanctions, export controls, privacy law, or another person’s rights.

4. Minors

Biou is not directed to anyone under 18. Do not create accounts for minors or knowingly collect their personal information. Content that exploits or endangers minors may be removed and reported immediately.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, hold payouts for review, and report activity where reasonably necessary. Enforcement may be immediate for a severe violation.

6. Report a Violation

Email support@biou.me with the affected Biou URL and a clear description. For immediate danger, contact local authorities first. Copyright complaints follow the process in our Terms of Service.
