How Biou handles account credentials, payment information, creator payouts, and visitor analytics.

Account protection
- Biou uses HTTPS, password hashing, access controls, and limited-lifetime sessions.
- Keep account credentials private and contact support if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Payment information
Stripe, not Biou, collects complete card, bank, tax, and identity details used for checkout and creator payouts. Biou stores the references and statuses needed to operate orders, refunds, disputes, and payouts.
Visitor analytics
Biou does not store a visitor’s raw IP address. Unique-visit measurement uses a salted one-way token that changes daily and is not designed for cross-site tracking.
